In the "how is the inside going" department, I'm going to get the wall taken out of the upstairs room, making my 3-bedroom into a 2 bedroom which is sweet. They WILL be giving me a gas range (thankfully), but I'm still waiting on the status of the refrigerator.
I've finished picking out cabinets, flooring, countertops, and tile so basically all I have next to do is wait until the first wiring/bare frame walkthrough - which should happen later this month or earlier next month.
