The model I'm getting is the "Imperial" (3 bedroom, but we are going to try to convert it into 2). They have floorplans and the location here:

Lol - no inspection yet. He's going to be here for the first walkthrough (frame up, electrical, no drywall).
I'm not entirely sure, but I think that's going to be in late October.
